30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
Here are the details:
Returns:
- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund or store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Exchanges:
- We understand that sometimes items may need to be exchanged for a different size, color, or model. You can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
- Like returns, exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team either by phone or email to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Our customer service representatives will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if required.
Important Notes:
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We will also inform you if your refund is approved or denied. If the product is already in transit and the customer requests a refund, a 30% restocking fee will be charged!
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 30 for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
